The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages) unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days.

b. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned in damaged condition or missing parts not due to our error).

c. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact us with details and proof of the issue. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Provide photographs or other evidence of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
